Koenig
Ludwig Weiss bier Promotion. 24/10/03
|
| Beergo
take to the “air”. Via radio that is. On October 24th
we organized a Koenig Ludwig promotion event in conjunction with
Sub city Radio (the radio station of Glasgow University) and The
Arches. Prior to one of the University’s parties at The Arches
there was a pre-club event at Bar Ten where our Koenig Ludwig Weiss
bier, and not only that, was available at a price that you could’t
refuse. More to come! |

Oktober
Fest. Gleddoch House. 01/10—05/10/03
|
| Beergo
were chosen as sole suppliers for the Oktoberfest at the Gleddoch
House Hotel and Country Estate. One-month preparation went into
this fantastic event that was covered extensively by both print
media and television. We had to face a few challenges like supplying
200 real Oktoberfest beer ‘steins’. Not an easy task
at a time when all beer ‘steins’ are needed at, well,
the Oktoberfest in Munich. Wooden barrels were required as part
of the decorations and we managed to source those as well. A total
of 4 truckloads of beers, glassware and decoration material were
delivered to Gleddoch House to keep this “party” going.
Berti Vogts and Rainer Bonhof attended to officially open this event. |

German
Beer Fest. Bon Accord. 24/07/03
|
| Our
product portfolio meant that this, award winning, ale house in Glasgow’s
west end could feature 15 different bottled beers as well as 3 on
draught. 200 litres of our draught beers were sold in the first
5 hours of the Fest alone
! Beergo supported the Bon Accord team with advice on the German
bar menu and supplied decorations to give everything that Oktoberfest-style
feel. Our direct relationship with the breweries resulted in some
generous sponsoring and the beer fest was covered extensively by
the Scottish Licensed Trade News. All in all a great success made
possible by the enthusiastic cooperation of the Bon Accord team. |
